Our reception team is happy to assist you daily from 8.00 to 22.00 during the summer season (July to the beginning of October) and during the winter season (December to Easter). Cancellation policy Gaspingerhof according to AGBH, 2006

  • For cancellations up to 31 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • For cancellations from 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 40% of the total booked amount.
  • For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 70% of the total booked amount.
  • We charge 90% of the total booked amount for cancellations in the last week before the arrival date.
  • In case of no-show or premature departure we charge 100% of the total booked amount.

The following conditions apply for the winter peak season:
21.12.2024 – 05.01.2025
15.02.2025 – 09.03.2025

Free cancellation of the contract for accommodation is possible up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest by means of a unilateral declaration. Cancellation fees must be paid outside this period in accordance with §5.5:

  • For cancellations up to 3 months prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • For cancellations from 90 to 31 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 40% of the total booked amount.
  • For cancellations from 30 to 8 days prior to the arrival date we will charge 70% of the total booked amount.
  • We charge 90% of the total booked amount for cancellations in the last week before the arrival date.
  • In case of no-show or premature departure we charge 100% of the total booked amount.

In addition, the General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.

This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether we are able to fill the vacancies. The same applies in the event of early departure.

For timely cancellations we will charge €30 handling fee.

We recommend taking out a travel insurance.

  • The standard check-out time on your departure day is 11.00. We appreciate your understanding that check-in on your arrival day starts at 15.00.
  • New: We now offer tablet check-in on your arrival day! To make things quicker, please fill out our online online check-in form in advance. When you arrive, we will just need your signature. IMPORTANT: Remember that you will need to complete a separate form for each room you have booked. If you have booked more than one room, please fill out a form for each additional room. Thank you for your cooperation! 

We keep forgotten items until the end of the season. If they are not claimed by then, we will donate them to charity.

We will gladly prepare special dishes for guests with food intolerances or allergies. We kindly ask you to inform us of your wishes before arrival.

Payment of your hotel bill:

  • On your departure day: from 08.00
  • The evening before: until 22.00

Free parking spaces are available opposite the hotel. Parking garage: € 12 per day per car.

  • Prices are per person per night including half board plus and all taxes, except visitor tax of € 2.60 per person per day.
  • Gaspinger’s half board plus starts on the arrival day at 14.30 and ends at 10.00 on the departure day.
  • Services not used will not be refunded.
  • Reduction for bed and breakfast only: € 25 per full paying person and € 15 per additional bed.
  • Single occupancy of double rooms and suites 30% surcharge, during peak seasons 50% (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and in February).
  • Children’s reduction applies with min. 2 full paying adults per room: 0 – 11.99 years incl. children’s menu (surcharge for regular menu € 28 per child); from 12 years incl. half board plus.
  • Reduction of 20% for 3rd and 4th person from 15 years.
  • Price reductions on previously booked arrangements or services are not possible.
  • Services may be adjusted or cancelled according to season and weather conditions. Errors and omissions excepted.

Surcharges

  • Underground car park € 12 per night per car
  • Dogs € 19 per day (without food)
  • Surcharge for Christmas: adults € 52 / children € 39
  • Surcharge for New Year’s Eve: adults € 72 / children € 50
  • Surcharge for weekends € 15 per person/day

We also welcome your four-legged friends! We charge €19 per pet per day (excluding food; please bring your own dog blanket and basket). Please note that pets are not allowed in some rooms and suites, the dining room, our SPA areas, and on the sunbathing lawn. Any additional cleaning or repair costs will be added to your final bill.

The entire hotel, all our guestrooms, and the Apartments Bergjuwel are non-smoking areas. We ask you to smoke only outdoors on the balcony and near the terrace.

Sometimes the unexpected does occur and the long-awaited holiday needs to be cancelled or interrupted. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out a travel insurance. with the Europäische Reiseversicherung. Visit the website of Europäische Reiseversicherung to calculate your insurance premium.
